“ My daughters (8 and 10 years old) love to be with Molly and Corby.   Molly is empathetic, quick to resolve any situation or conflicts that often occur with siblings.  She also encourages independence from each child, she supports different interests and talents yet manages to encourage and teach each child to their best potential.  One of my daughters wants to grow up to be an artist just like Molly.                                                                                                                                     -Rachel Chin, San Francisco

“Molly is an inspirational teacher,  full of energy  with an ability to impart a love of art and creativity in the kids she meets, while having great fun at the same time.  She taught my daughter, Sophia, at the Chinese American international School for many years, during which time Sophia adored her art classes and did great work.”

Corbett Leith (Corby) brings a unique and amazing history of experience to the academy both as a professional, full time artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business and Art, a Masters of Fine Art in Painting and a retired professional whitewater slalom athlete.  Formerly training with the USA team, his experience in kayaking brings both diligence and discipline combined with the intimate understanding of kinesthetic learning and mind body balance.  Corby has taught all ages how to kayak all over the United States and coached for the Durango Center of Excellence for six years. He co-founded and volunteers annually for Liquid Camp, a week long whitewater kayaking camp for teens living with HIV/AIDS. His energy, enthusiasm and experience are a priceless asset to the school. To see his artwork, please visit his site here: www.corbettbleith.com .

“As artists, Molly and Corby are highly-observant and point out the extraordinary in common objects.  They have a great sense of humor to which others are quickly drawn.  Corby delights in telling stories to entertain the girls while they are drawing or sculpting."
